They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not intended for human or veterinary use and are not offered to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or health condition.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy describes conduct that is prohibited on miramino.com and related services. Violating this policy may result in order cancellation, account restriction, service refusal, or legal action.

2. Prohibited site activity

You may not scrape, crawl, overload, reverse engineer, probe, bypass security, abuse APIs, use unauthorized automation, interfere with checkout, attempt credential attacks, upload malicious code, or use the site in a way that disrupts normal operation.

3. Prohibited purchase activity

You may not purchase or attempt to purchase products for human or animal use, resale, relabeling, clinical use, compounding, administration, export evasion, illegal purposes, or any purpose inconsistent with research-use-only restrictions.

4. Fraud and abuse

You may not provide false information, misuse discounts, create abusive accounts, impersonate others, evade risk review, submit bad-faith disputes, or file chargebacks without first attempting to resolve an issue directly.

5. Content and communications

You may not submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, infringing, or spam content through forms, reviews, chat, email, or other site features.

6. Enforcement

Miramino may monitor, investigate, restrict, cancel, suspend, or preserve records related to suspected violations. We may cooperate with service providers, carriers, payment processors, and authorities where appropriate.
